Peter Hård is a Certified Professional Coach and Trainer that works primarily with senior executives and teams. He is the founder of Talent Sweden – an executive search and coaching company. Peter has been a certified coach since 2003 and has more than 6.000 hours of experience coaching teams and executives. Peter is also and Instructional designer and leadership development trainer.
He is known for his results focused coaching. His clients often refer to his curiosity and challenging style in coaching. His humor, patience, endurance and seniority is highly appreciated by his clients, partners and training participants, who often return for his services.
Peter is a member of TCI’s University faculty connected to US based Team Coaching International. In this capacity he leads the Master Class of the TCI Certification Program and executes team performance programs with his fellow Faculty team members. As partner of Team Coaching Europe (TCE), Peter designs and executes team performance and leadership development programs for TCE’s global accounts. Peter is a former Client Solutions Director of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)

Peter has been working for many international organisations both in the corporate world and with NGOs. Among the former are Astra Zeneca, BCG, Coca Cola, Ericsson, Philips, Stora Enso, Sulzer and others. He has also supported organisations like the National Migrations office in Sweden and The Institute for Public Administration in Saudi Arabia and the Deparment of Manpower and the oil and gas industry in Oman.
Peter's understanding of the demands on leadership roles in a multi-cultural context makes him an excellent coaching and leadership solutions partner. The last 10 years Peter has coached 125 + Executive teams in 25 countries, in Europe, The Middle east and Asia, focusing on leadership team development and cross-cultural aspects of leadership. He works mainly in English. His industrial experiences include: Telecom, Finance, FMCG, Heavy industry, Automotive, Paper, pulp and forestry, Energy, Oil and Gas, Pharma and more.
Peter is based in Stockholm, Sweden, has lived in Brussels and travels frequently on international assignments.
He is educated at Law at the University of Stockholm. To that he owns multiple diplomas and certifications in coaching and team development. He is certified in a range of individual and team development assessments and leadership development programs through CCL. Prior to becoming qualified as an Executive Coach in 2003, he held a number of C-level positions in various industries including the role of CEO and had a career in executive search with e.g. Korn Ferry.
Peter holds memberships of the International Association of Facilitators, International Coach Federation and the Swedish Federation of Business Owners. Peter is also Co-author of – “What am I doing?” Coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy support. (2006).
